Designed the entire system, was involved in providing complete IT solutions i.e. Hardware, Networking, UPS, Loyalty program, Card Reader, Software & Consultancy.  Was responsible in deciding the vendors for sourcing Hardware, Networking products, Operating system, Database, Anti-Virus, Customized Software [Own].  Liaised with various Vendors to ensure reasonable pricing without sacrificing the quality of the products.  Followed up with various Vendors for timely delivery of products to ensure seamless and scheduled implementation of the project. 

The entire Food court is accessible through a pre-paid Card based system.  There are about six outlets in the Food court serving different type of cuisines.  Customer who wants to eat at any of the outlets has to first buy a prepaid card.  He/She can than order their food at any of these outlets using the Card, a certain amount of the card is retained as deposit. On leaving the food court the customer has to return back the card upon which the bill is generated and the balance is refunded to the customer. 
A loyalty program is also in place wherein a customer buys a loyalty card and gets the amount along with a bonus amount credited to his/her card account.  The card is valid for a certain period of time.  Such customers can walk in and straightway access the outlets in the Food court and as when their balance is exhausted they can Top-up their card.  These customers also enjoy certain privileges as decided by the management from time to time.

This software helps the management generate various types of bills [Viz. Electricity, Common Area Maintenance, Gas, Water, Property Tax, etc.] which are required to recover payments towards the expenses incurred to maintain the property/mall.  The system generates follow-up reports and reminders at frequent intervals to help the management run their day to day affairs smoothly.  It is integrated with our Accounting software, thus helping the management to maintain proper books of Accounts and generate periodic accounting reports.
